1-2-1 Coaching: Making Your End of Life Plan
We all inadvertently walk into a patch of life’s stinging nettles now and again. Sometimes they’re easily ignored but occasionally they sting need so badly we need a little first aid to reduce the swelling and ease the pain. Occasionally we need a dock leaf.
Sometimes, we even see the nettles coming, know why they’re there and how to navigate around them (or over them, under them or through them!) But sometimes knowing isn’t enough. We may understand the problem but figuring out the solution will require a little help. We need a dock leaf.

Make Friends With The Mirror Coaching Package
A block of 6 or 12 sessions to really focus on what you want and how to get there. We’ll create a customised step-by-step action plan to give you the confidence and energy to succeed every step of the way.

Cost: £300 (6 sessions) / £500 (12 sessions)
Less Stressed! Coaching Package
A block of 6 or 12 sessions with a focus on practical tools and techniques to reduce stress and encourage positive, sustainable habits. We’ll work together to figure out what works for you – and what doesn’t – and build a personalised toolkit that you can call on whenever you need to help keep your balance and feel Less Stressed!
Length of Sessions: 60 mins
Cost: (6 sessions) / £ (12 sessions)
Sessions can take place over the phone, by Skype or in person (always the nicest way) in Salisbury. I am happy to travel within a 30 mile radius of Salisbury but there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of travel. But don’t let geography get in the way, just message me if you’re interested in us working together and we’ll go from there.
Talks and workshops can be tailor-made to your requirements – 30 minutes to a full day, wholly interactive or Q&A only for the less-shy types in the room. Just pick which of the two themes are most aligned to your event, get in touch with your requirements and we can go from there!

This talk is aimed at anyone who looks in the mirror and feel less than confident about what they see. How you feel about yourself directly affects your confidence and your relationship with the mirror can stop you doing what you want in life (I’ll do ‘X’ when I am/have ‘Y’ – sound familiar?). You’ll design your own customised stress-busting challenge, complete with a toolkit of resources that you can call on whenever you need to unwind, de-stress or just relax!
