I have a theory.
It’s pretty much a theory of two halves. First, there are 5 major causes of stress in our lives. Almost any cause of stress will likely fit under one of these headings – Relationships, Work, Money, Environment and Health.
Second, that a 12 step approach is the way to combating all these stresses, regardless of cause.
I have a disturbing penchant for all things alliterative and acronym-y (as well as a dubious appetite for making up words). So my theory is this – if you want to be less stressed, you need to follow the 12 steps:
