I have a question – another one! And that question is, “‘What’s the one thing we all have in common? Regardless of any cited difference whatsoever, what’s the one thing every living being shares?”
Every living thing, sooner or later, dies. It’s the one thing we all have in common. So why is it that talking about it – acknowledging it even – is such an uncommon conversation?
I don’t know the answer to that, but I do think it would be helpful if we could start to make this conversation more common.
To focus on the one thing that connects us all, unites us all; to hold that up, recognise it and acknowledge it, I think, would be a really good thing.
But what do you think?
Why is talking about death – the one thing we all have in common – an uncommon conversation?
And do you think it should become more common?
I would really love to hear your thoughts so please do leave them in the comments below.
Until next time, take care.
